Anthony has worked in the building industry for over 40 years, forming ATH Building Contractors in 1991. Now established as one of the leading medium sized contractors in Wales and the west.
He has a high degree of technical knowledge combined with extensive business and management skills. Anthony is a firm believer in team building and open book management, recognising the role each individual member of the team plays in the overall success of the company.
Thomas joined ATH in 2007, gaining hands on experience working out on site while studying for a HNC in Architectural Design and Technology. Thomas' first project was to manage the development of ATH's new headquarters at Pacific Park.
Among Thomas' growing portfolio is the successful management of the extension to Herons Park Nursing Home in Kidderminster. Thomas ensured the project stayed on schedule and within budget, managing communication with the client and the client's staff within the existing home, winning praise for the smooth running of the project.
Gethin first came to ATH in 2011 for a work experience placement whilst studying in Nottingham Trent University. Gethin successfully completed his Degree in Construction Management and returned back to ATH after his degree course was completed.
Gethin is a key member of personnel, he is the point of contact on a project for the client, and key in ensuring that the project is running on programme and within budget.
Rebecca has worked with ATH since 2000, starting in general admin and then progressing to SHEQ management. With the full financial support of ATH, Rebecca trained for the NEBOSH General Certificate through to Diploma level and in 2011 successfully completed an MSc in Health Safety and Environmental Management.
Rebecca is also responsible for maintaining ATH's current Investors in People (IIP) status and our health, safety, quality and environmental accreditations. Rebecca oversees all health and safety regulation on projects, arranges H&S training and offers advice and expertise to clients.
Russell has worked for ATH since its formation. He is by trade a Carpenter and has developed his role and skills within the company to take the role of Site contracts manager. Russell is responsible for ensuring all projects progress to the specified programme, managing any issues that may arise on site.
Alison is ATH's Accounts and payroll manager. Alison is the point of call for all enquiries in this area.
Along with managing the accounts, Alison is also responsible for managing the office and ensuring things run smoothly, supporting the site managers.
